Managers and Supervisors are able to see clients in the mobile app.
Permissions
Admin Managers, Managers and Supervisors do not need a specific permission enabled to view the list of clients, but will need the ‘Enable Client Messaging’ permission enabled to message clients. See [article] for more informationthe clients that appear in the list will depend on whether the Client is approved to the location(s) the Manager and Supervisor are approved to. In summary:
Admin Managers are able to see all Clients, regardless if the Client(s) have been approved to a location or not.
Managers and Supervisors are only able to see a Client if that Client has been approved to the same location as them.
Navigation
To access the list of Clients, users will sign into the mobile app and click on the ‘More’ icon in the bottom toolbar. From there, users can access the list by clicking on the ‘Clients’ option from the menu.
