Summary

Schedules show all of your team's upcoming shifts. Whether you are a cleaner or a manager Swept’s schedules will keep you up to date on what needs to be done and where you need to be. With helpful reminders for cleaners when scheduled shifts are changed and the ability to simply log into a shift when they arrive scheduling has never been easier. Managers can also view the status of each cleaner for every shift. Letting them know who has arrived on time and who hasn’t, allowing them to make sure shifts are never missed.

There are four different ways to view schedules within the Swept+ application. For more information on each check out the pages below:

Who can see schedules?

The schedule section of the Swept+ mobile app appears differently whether you are a cleaner, supervisor, or manager.

Cleaners

Can see the cleaning shifts they are scheduled to work on the today and upcoming tabs and will receive schedule update notifications when shifts they are scheduled to work are changed.

Supervisors

Can see the cleaning shifts they are scheduled to work on the today and upcoming tabs and will receive schedule update notifications when shifts they are scheduled to work are changed. Supervisors can also see the schedules of their team sorted by cleaner or location, and the status of each of their shifts.

Managers

Can see the schedules of their team sorted by cleaner or location and the status of each of the shifts.

Where can I find schedules?

The schedule section of the mobile app is the first page you see after signing in for all user types. You can also access it from the navigation bar.

Navigation Bar

If you don’t see schedule as an option in the navigation bar this means that your company does not use the scheduling feature of Swept+. Please reach out to your CSM if you would like to add scheduling to your Swept package.
