The cleaners section of Swept+ allows users to view information and details about each cleaner and supervisor.

Who can see cleaners?
All managers and supervisors are able to see the cleaner list in the Swept+ mobile app, but the users that appear in the list will depend on whether the user is approved to the location(s) the manager and supervisor are approved to.
Where can I find the cleaners section?
Once signed into the mobile app users can access the cleaners' section by selecting the More icon in the bottom navigation bar and then selecting Cleaners from the list.

Details
The cleaners section shows a list of cleaners and supervisors that are assigned to the locations that you manage. The list can be filtered using the search bar at the top of the page making it easy to find the user you’re looking for. Each user's full name is shown along with their avatar, indicating what type of user they are.

Selecting a user from the list will open their profile page. The profile page contains the following information about the cleaner or supervisor:
Name
Phone number - Selecting the phone number will open the phone app on your device allowing you to make a call to the user.
Email address - Selecting the email address will open the email client on your device allowing an email to be sent to the user.

All of the above information can be added to the client profile and edited within the Swept web app. If the fields do not appear this means that there is no information in them. |
If the user is currently working at a location the logged-in status widget will also be shown indicating which location they are currently working at. Selecting the widget will bring you to the location’s details page where the user is working.

The cleaner profile also contains the following sections providing managers and supervisors with additional information on each cleaner.
Cleaning hours
On each user's profile page, there is a cleaning hours widget that displays the hours that the user has logged during the current pay period. A breakdown can be viewed by selecting View hours. The cleaning hours report shows the recorded and approved time for the current pay period, as well as the details of the time entries that make up the totals. Users can page through pay periods by using the arrows next to the date. Only the current and previously completed pay periods can be viewed. If no cleaning hours have been logged the totals will show as 0 and there will be no time entries displayed.

Work schedule
The work schedule widget shown on the profile page displays the user's upcoming shifts. The next four shifts they are scheduled to work will be displayed in the widget. Selecting View all will display the user's full upcoming schedule. Selecting a shift

Cleaners and supervisors are able to see their personal cleaning hours in the Swept+ Me for Cleanersor Swept+ More for Managers & Supervisors sections and their work schedule in the Schedule section of the Swept+ mobile application. Only managers and supervisors can view this information for users other than themselves. |
