Avatars represent users within Swept+. They are used throughout the application to associate users with an event, like a notification or sending a message. The avatar shows the first initial on the user's first and last name and the colour indicates their user type.

  • Green indicates a cleaner

  • Bright blue indicates a supervisor

  • Yellow indicates a manager

  • Dark blue indicates a client

Who can see avatars?

All users can see the avatar’s on the pages they have access to.

Where can I find avatars?

Avatars can be found throughout the Swept+ application and indicate different events depending on their context.

Schedule today tab

If you are signed in to Swept+ as a cleaner or supervisor you will see your own avatar on a shift block if you are logged into that shift. This avatar confirms that you are logged into the shift.

Cleaner schedule

When signed into the Swept+ app as a manager or supervisor you will see the user's avatar beside their name on the list of cleaners on the cleaners schedule tab. This avatar let;s you know the users type right from the list view.

Location list

On the location list in the location section of the Swept+ app, you will see a user's avatar if they are logged into the location. If three or more users are logged into a location the avatar will switch to the number of users logged into the location.

Notifications

If you are signed into Swept+ as a manager or supervisor you will see the user associated with each problem or late notification. If you open the notification to see the details page you will also see the users avatar on this page.

Inbox

On the channel list page of the inbox section of Swept+ you will see the avatar of the user who last sent a message in each channel. In the thread view of each channel, the avatar next to each message indicates who sent it.

Me/More

In the me or more section of Swept+ you will see your own name and avatar at the top of the page.

If you are signed in to Swept+ as a manager or supervisor you will also see the user's avatar’s in the cleaners list of the more section. Selecting a user will display their details page which also contains their avatar. These avatars will let you know if the user is a cleaner or a supervisor.
