Inspections are a great way to keep everyone on track. Let’s go over have how to complete an Inspection, and what you can do with it after.

  • Select the location you are doing an inspection for

  • On the locations details page, there is a section for Inspections. Here you will see a list of the most recently complete inspection reports.

    • select view to view that report

    • select view all to find a specific report

    • start new, to begin a new report.

  • View all button

    • Plans - All inspection plan for this location

    • In Progress - Inspections that are not completed

    • Completed - list of all completed inspection reports, dated, with the most recent at the top.

Starting a new inspection report

A template will have been created. Which includes all the necessary inspection points, for each area, of the location.

  • Selecting an Item (example:empty garbages, mop, desk), will bring up a menu for you to input your findings.

  • You will rate this inspection point by the following: Exceeds standards, meets standards, below standards, or not inspected.

  • Along with your rating, you may leave comments, and attach photos.

  • Save when you are done with that inspection point. Editing your finding, by clicking on the pencil icon.

  • Select complete inspection when you are finished

Once the inspection report has been completed, you will have the option to send the report to cleaners or clients.

  • Send to Cleaners - Select all the cleaners you would like to receive an inspection report, leave a comment, and send.

  • Send to Clients - Select all the clients you would like to receive an inspection report, leave a comment, and send
