When adding Managers and Supervisors you can choose what permissions to give the permissions you are providing them. For information on how to add your Manager Managers & Supervisors please see the “How to Manage Managers” or the “Supervisorsarticle. Below is a list of the permissions and their its descriptions.

Enable WebApp Access: This permission alone will give the manager and supervisors user access to the Website App. They can add Locations but cannot assign Cleaners, Supervisors or Clients to them. The permissions below with a * before them can only be used with “Enable WebApp Access” activated.

  • Manage Reports: This permission will give access to reports within the Website App to view reports including; 

    • CleaningsTime Entry

    • Payroll

    • Supply requests - LocationSupply requests - / Location & Supplier

    • PayrollChecklist

    • Schedule Variances (if If “Manage Scheduling” permissions permission is given)

    • Inspections (if If “Inspection Allowed” permissions permission is given)

  • Manage Scheduling: This permission will allow to update, add, view and delete schedules within the Website App.

  • Manage Supplies: This permission will allow to update, add, view and delete supplies within the Website App. In order to view the “Supply requests” reports, you must have “Manage Reports” activated.

  • Manage Cleaners: This permission will allow to update, add, view and delete Cleaners within the Website App.

  • Manage Clients: This permission will allow to update, add, view and delete Clients within the Website App. They will also be able to assign Clients to a location.

Inspection Allowed: On the Website App they can create inspection plans so that Managers and/or Supervisors can complete inspections . On on the Mobile App they can complete inspections and for their approved locations.

Public Surveys Allowed: On the Website App they are able to create and manage public surveys. Contact support@sweptworks.com to get a public survey number assigned to your account.

Enable Client Messaging: Within the Website and Mobile App they can send and receive messages from Clients.

Enable Supervisors: On the Website App they are able to add and manage Supervisors

If you need a Manager to become an Admin Manager, a current Admin Manager will have to contact support@sweptworks.com and ask for the Manager to get the Admin access granted to their current Manager user type.

Here are what an Admin Manager can do versus a Manager:

  1. Create checklist templates (All Managers can create checklists)

  2. Adding new Managers

  3. Change a few account settings such as the account TimeZone, Country and Language

  4. An Admin Manager will receive Clients messages even if the Client is not assigned to a location
