Details
View your work orders that have been created and scheduled within a report. You are able to see their status at a quick look and can click on the work order to review further information.
You can also view your work orders with your other schedules within the schedule list .
Who has access to the work order results report?
Managers and supervisors with access to reports have access to the work order results report.
Instructions
Sign in to the Swept web app at https://app.sweptworks.com/ .
Select Reports from the left hand menu.
From the reports list select Work Order Results Report.
You are able to click on a line to view the work order you would like to see. For more information on the work order details click here.
To update a work order you can also access your work orders through the schedule list by going to Scheduling from the left hand menu. Click on the blue Manage Scheduling to view the schedule list. Work orders will have a Work Order shift type.

Before downloading your report narrow down your selection by using the filters in the report.
At the top of the page click on the arrow icon and you will be able to download your work order results report.
Choose PDF or CSV then click Download and your information will download to your computer.
