When adding Managers and Supervisors (beta) you choose what permissions to give them. For information on how to add your Manager please see the "How To Add-Edit-Disable-Delete Managers" article. Below is a list of the permissions and their descriptions.

Enable WebApp Access: This permission will give the manager access to the Website App. They can add Locations but cannot assign Cleaners, Supervisors or Clients to them. The permissions below with a * before them can only be used with “Enable WebApp Access” activated.

  • Manage Reports: This  This permission will give the manager access to reports within the Website App to view reports including; 

    • Cleanings

    • Supply requests - Location

    • Supply requests - Supplier

    • Payroll

    • Schedule Variances (if “Manage Scheduling” permissions given)

    • Inspections (if “Inspection Allowed” permissions given)

  • Manage Scheduling: This  This permission will allow the Manager to be able to update, add, view and delete schedules within the Website App.

  • Manage Supplies: This  This permissions will allow the Manager to update, add, view and delete supplies within the Website App. In order to view the “Supply requests” reports  you must have “Manage Reports” activated.

  • Manage Cleaners: This permission will allow the Manager to be able to update, add, view and delete Cleaners within the Website App.

  • Manage Clients: This  This permission will allow the Manager to be able to update, add, view and delete Clients within the Website App. They will also be able to assign Clients to a location.
