A new notification is indicated when a red dot appears next to the Notifications icon on the bottom navigation bar. When you open your notifications you will notice the following:

  • A bell with a numberin the top right of your screen. This number shows the amount of unread notification you have, 1-99+.

  • Click on a notification to read it and mark is as read. If you have seen the notification you can also mark it as read or archive it by swiping left and clicking Read or Archive.

  • You are able to mark all notifications as read by selecting the eye icon in the top right corner.

  • Next to the eye icon there is a filter icon which makes it easy to sort out which notifications you want to view. Choose from problems reported, late cleaners, and include archived.

In the notifications section you will be able to view:

  • Late Cleaners

    • The late cleaners notification will inform you of when a cleaner is late and the amount of time the cleaner is late for their shift. In the notification you are able to navigate to the cleaners information and the location information.

  • Problem Reports

    • Problem reports will inform you when a problem has been reported by a cleaner/supervisor after they sign out of their shift. You will be able to see the location, what the problem was, the cleaner who documented the problem and a break down of shift.
