The today schedule by location page is the first thing cleaners and supervisors managers will see when they sign in to Swept+. It provides an overview of their day including shortcuts to directions, location details, and logging into the work that needs to be done by their team, including a status of each of the shifts scheduled. This information can be used to tell who is scheduled, late, on-site, or even missed their shift.

Who can see the

schedule by location?

All managers and supervisors and cleaners are able to see the today schedule by location in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.

Where can I find the

schedule by location?

The today schedule by location is the first-page supervisors and cleaners managers will see upon logging into Swept+. It can also be accessed using the schedule Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Today Location tab.

Details

The today schedule by location shows the user the shifts they are scheduled at the locations they manage along with who is scheduled to work on the current calendar day. The current time is shown as a bar across the timeline and progresses as time moves.

Shifts are shown on the today schedule in a shift block. Each shift block is shown when it is scheduled to take place on the timeline and contains the following information.

and the status of the shift.

Each shift at the locations you clean or manage will be shown on the schedule by location tab. The location name of where the shift is taking place will be shown along with the time of the shift window. The user can select the

shift to go to the location details page.

If the user is currently logged into the shift, the shift block will display their avatar showing them as on-site.

• Scheduled - Blue user icon

• On-site - Green door icon

• Late - Yellow clock icon

• Missed shift - Red exclamation point icon

Logging into a shift from the today schedule

Users are also able to log directly into their shift from the today schedule. If the user does not currently have a shift in progress a door icon will be shown on the shift block. Upon selecting the door icon the user will be asked to confirm they would like to log in to the shift. Once confirmed the modal will close the user will be logged in and the location login widget will appear at the bottom of the page.
