The today schedule page is the first thing cleaners and supervisors will see when they sign in to Swept+. It provides an overview of their day including shortcuts to directions, location details, and logging into their shift.

All supervisors and cleaners managers are able to see the today schedule by cleaner tab in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.

The today schedule is the first page supervisors and cleaners will see upon logging into Swept+. It schedule by cleaner tab can also be accessed using the schedule Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Today Cleaners tab.

Details
The today schedule by cleaner tab shows the user the shifts they are scheduled to work on the current calendar day. The current time is shown as a bar across the timeline and progresses as time moves.

Shifts are shown on the today schedule in a shift block. Each shift block is shown when it is scheduled to take place on the timeline and contains the following information.
Location name - The location where the shift is taking place. The user can select the location name to go to the location details page.
Location address - The address of the location. The user can select the address to open the map app on their device and get directions from wherever they are.
If the user is currently logged into the shift, the shift block will display their avatar showing them as on-site.

Logging into a shift from the today schedule
Users are also able to log directly into their shift from the today schedule. If the user does not currently have a shift in progress a door icon will be shown on the shift block. Upon selecting the door icon the user will be asked to confirm they would like to log in to the shift. Once confirmed the modal will close the user will be logged in and the location login widget will appear at the bottom of the page.

a list of cleaners and supervisors that have or had scheduled shifts and are approved to the locations they manage. Cleaners and supervisors are shown in alphabetical order with their avatar and a logged-in status. The list is searchable using the search bar at the top of the page. As characters are typed into the search box, the list will automatically filter to cleaners that match the search. You can clear the search filter by simply removing your search criteria and the full list of cleaners will be displayed.
