The schedule by location page is the first thing managers will see when they sign in to Swept+. It provides an overview of the work that needs to be done by their team, including a status of each of the shifts scheduled. This information can be used to tell who is scheduled, late, on-site, or even missed their shift.

Who can see the schedule by location?
All managers and supervisors are able to see the schedule by location in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.
Where can I find the schedule by location?
The schedule by location is the first-page managers will see upon logging into Swept+. It can also be accessed using the Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Location tab.

The schedule by location shows the user the shifts scheduled at the locations they manage along with who is scheduled to work and the status of the shift.

Schedule by location - Supervisor View
Each shift at the locations you clean or manage will be shown on the schedule by location tab. The location name of where the shift is taking place will be shown along with the time of the shift window. The user can select the shift to go to the location details page. The cleaners scheduled to work the shift and their status will be shown in each shift block. Here is a breakdown of each status:
Scheduled - Blue user icon
On-site - Green door icon
Late - Yellow clock icon
Missed shift - Red exclamation point icon
