The scheduling dashboard provides you with metrics at a glance so you can keep your finger on the pulse with all things scheduling! With your dashboard, you can:
View schedule variance statistics
View what upcoming shifts are unassigned (never leave a shift unworked again!)
View, update and add shifts.

How to View the Scheduling Dashboard
Sign in to the Swept Desktop App.
In the left-hand menu select Scheduling.
On the Scheduling Dashboard you will see the following:
Manage Scheduling button - Clicking on the Manage Scheduling button will take you to the schedule list to view all of your schedules. If you click on the arrow you will be given the following options:
Dashboard - Configure your scheduling dashboard to show the metrics that you would like your team to see. To learn about configuring your scheduling dashboard click here.
Schedule List - View a list of your upcoming scheduled shifts. In the schedule list you can update your upcoming schedules. Learn more here: Desktop - Schedule List
Calendar - View this week's scheduled shifts on a weekly calendar. Within the calendar, you can update your upcoming schedules.

Scheduling Metric Cards -
Reports Card - This report card gives you quick access to schedule specific reports including:
Schedule Variance Report - Use the schedule variance report to keep track of how much time was scheduled to clean a location versus how long it took to clean a location. Check out our article on this report here: Schedule Variance Report
Schedule Variance Summary by Location - Quickly view the health of a location within this report. Check out more here: Desktop - Schedule Variance Summary By Location Report .
Historical Shift Report - View a list of scheduled shifts that have passed. Learn more here: https://sweptworks.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=2339078148
Shifts with Schedule Variance Over 15% - This metric card will show you any shifts with a schedule variance that exceeds 15%. If you click on this card you will be taken to the Schedule Variance Report. The default setting is 15% however you can update this by configuring your metrics as shown below.
Upcoming Unassigned Shifts - The upcoming unassigned shifts list displays scheduled shifts that do not have any active cleaners assigned to them. This metric is designed to alert you to shifts that need your attention. In the card, you are able to see the closest shifts to the current time that are unassigned within the next seven days. Click View All to view a list of unassigned shifts in the next seven days.

Only admin managers are able to configure what appears on the schedule dashboard.
Sign in to the Swept Desktop App.
In the left-hand menu select Scheduling.
Click on the arrow on the Manage Scheduling button and select Dashboard.
Click on the Visibility toggle in the list to hide a metric card.
To update the metric cards below click on the line item:
Shifts With Schedule Variance Over 15% Metric
You are able to remove this metric card from the dashboard by clicking the toggle beside Enable on Scheduling Dashboard.
Update the default timeframe by clicking on the Timeframe dropdown and selecting a new time frame.
Update the percentage you would like to see under Baseline by clicking in the dropdown and selecting a new percentage.
Click Save to update your changes.
If you previously updated your settings from the default you will see a Reset to Default button that you can click to update your settings to the defaults. Click Save to update the changes.
Upcoming Unassigned Shifts List Metric
You are able to remove this metric card from the dashboard by click the toggle beside Enable on Scheduling Dashboard.
Click Save to update your changes.
