  • To see these notifications sign in to Swept+.

  • Click on Notifications in the navigation menu at the bottom of the app.

  • If Notifications has a red dot this means there are unread notifications. There are two three ways to mark a notification as unread:

    • Individual - To mark an individual notification as read swipe on the notification to the left and click Read.

    • Individual - Click on the notification to read the details of the notification.

    • All - To mark all notifications as read click on the blue eye above the notifications. An option will appear to Mark All as Read.

  • The bell in the top right shows how many notifications are unread. If you have 99+ this means you have over 99 notifications unread.

  • If you click on a notification you will be taken to the schedule details page for that notification for further details.

Push Notifications

If you are signed in to the app and have notifications active for Swept+ you will receive a push notification to your phone for the following:

  • Schedule additions, updates or deletions - These notifications also appear in the Notifications section of Swept+.

  • New messages - These messages also appear in the Inbox section of Swept+.

  • Late alerts - You will receive a late alert if you are more than 10 minutes late for a shift. When you click on this notification it will take you to the Today tab within the Schedule section.

  • New messages - These messages also appear in the Inbox section of Swept+. If you have muted a channel you will not receive a push notification for that channel.

 

Info

Supervisors have both Cleaning and Management notifications. They will see two tabs when they go to Notifications in Swept+.
