To change your late settings:
Log into in to the Web App.
Click on your "initials" Initials icon in the top right and select "Settings"
Scroll down to "Notifications"
Enter in your desired time under "Late setting (minutes)"corner and choose “Settings”.
Under “Notifications”, “Late setting (minutes)” defaults to 30 minutes, and you can custom this by entering the number of minutes you would like to set for receiving late alerts. Note that, you will not receive a late alert if your “late settings (minutes)” is longer than the shift. E.g. The shift is 60 minutes and “Late setting (minutes)” is set to 200 minutes then, a late alert will not be sent to managers and/or supervisors. Also, this setting is user-based so, each user would have to set it for their own account.
Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
Cleaners will also get an alert when they are 10 minutes late for their shift. This setting cannot be customed. Late alerts are sent based on each location's time zone.
