Me Page - Managers and Supervisors
Once a Manager has navigated to the Me page they will see the following options in the menu:

Clients
Settings
Logout
Cleaners
Cleaners with at least one approved location will be populated in the list. For Managers to be able to see a Cleaner they must also be approved to at least one of the same locations the Cleaner is approved to. View <Cleaner article> for further details.
Clients
Similar to Cleaners, Managers are able to view Clients if they are approved to at least one of the same locations as the Manager. This article outlines more details on the Client section.
Logout
Clicking on Logout will log the user out of the Swept mobile app.

Me Page - Supervisors
Supervisors will have two additional items in the Me section, which are Support and Timesheets.
Support: this section allows Supervisors to click on either Phone Support or Email Support. The support phone number and support email are added through the web app and when clicked, will navigate the user to their devices email/phone keypad to reach out for support.
Timesheets: this section allows Supervisors to view their timesheet. View <this article> for further information.
Me Page - Cleaners
When a cleaner has navigated to the Me section of the mobile app, they will see the following options:

Cleaning hours
The cleaning hours page shows the total number of recorded and approved hours the cleaner has worked for each pay period. A breakdown of each time entry is shown below the totals. Cleaners can page through pay periods by using the arrows next to the date. Only the current and previously completed pay periods can be viewed. If no cleaning hours have been logged the totals will show as 0 and there will be no time entries displayed.

Cleaning hours is an optional feature and may not be turned on in your company. If you do not have access to cleaning hours in Swept+ please reach out to your Swept Administrator to request access. |
Support
The support page allows cleaners to reach out to their manager either by email or phone. Making it easy for them to get immediate assistance.
Selecting Call Phone Support will open the phone app on your device automatically entering the support phone number.
Selecting Contact Email Support will automatically open the email client on your device entering the support email.

If selecting either of these options doesn’t open the email or phone app on your device, it means that the company has not entered a support email or phone number. This can be done by the companies admin manager in the Swept web application. |
Support
Sign-out
Selecting the sign-out button will sign the user out of Swept+ and return them to the sign-in screen. When a user is signed out of the app they will no longer receive push notifications.
