The Me section allows clients to view their profile. This section also includes contact information for their cleaning company and the ability to sign out of the Swept+ app.

Who can see the Me for clients section?

Only clients can view the me for clients section. 

Info

All user types have access to the Me/More section of Swept+ but the information displayed is different depending on if you are a manager, supervisor, cleaner, or client. For more information on the me/more section for other user types please see the below pages:

Where can I find the Me for clients section?

Once signed into the mobile app clients can access the me section by selecting the “Me” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

The me section also contains the following options:

Support

The support page allows clients to reach out to their cleaning company either by email or phone. Making it easy for them to get immediate assistance.

  • Selecting Call Phone Support will open the phone app on your device automatically entering the support phone number. Selecting Contact Email Support will automatically open the email client on your device entering the support email.

Note

If selecting either of these options doesn’t open the email or Call Phone Support is greyed out and does not open the phone app on your device, it means that the company has not entered a support email or phone number. This can be done by the companies company's admin manager in the Swept web application.

Sign-out

Selecting the sign-out button will sign the user out of Swept+ and return them to the sign-in screen. When a user is signed out of the app they will no longer receive push notifications.
