The today schedule page is the first thing cleaners and supervisors will see when they sign in to Swept+. It provides an overview of their day including shortcuts to directions, location details, and logging into their shift.

Who can see the today schedule?
All supervisors and cleaners are able to see the today schedule in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.
Where can I find the today schedule?
The today schedule is the first page supervisors and cleaners will see upon signing into Swept+. It can also be accessed using the Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Today tab.

The today schedule shows the user the shifts they are scheduled to work on the current calendar day. The current time is shown as a bar across the timeline and progresses as time moves.

Shifts are shown on the today schedule in a shift block. Each shift block is shown when it is scheduled to take place on the timeline and contains the following information.
Location name - The location where the shift is taking place. The user can select the location name to go to the location details page.
Location address - The address of the location. The user can select the address to open the map app on their device and get directions from wherever they are.
Start and End Time - The start and end time of your shift will appear.
Labels - If you have added a label labels to a shift it will appear in the shift block. Up to three labels can be added to each shift.
If the user is currently logged into the shift, the shift block will display their avatar showing them as on-site.

Logging into a shift from the today schedule
Users are also able to log directly into their shift from the today schedule. If the user does not currently have a shift in progress a door icon will be shown on the shift block. Upon selecting the door icon the user will be asked to confirm they would like to log in to the shift. Once confirmed the modal will close, the user will be logged in and the location login widget will appear at the bottom of the page.
