When adding Managers and Supervisors you can choose the permissions you are providing them. For information on how to add Managers & Supervisors please see the “How to Manage Managers” or the “Supervisors” article. Below is a list of permissions and its descriptions.

Enable WebApp AccessManagement: This This permission alone will give the user access to the Website Appweb app. They can add Locations locations in the web app but cannot assign Cleanerscleaners, Supervisors supervisors or Clients clients to them. The permissions below with a * before them Please note to add locations in Swept+ Manage Locations with Swept+ must be checked and this permission does give them access in Swept+ to assign cleaners, supervisors and clients. The permissions indented under this permission can only be used with “Enable WebApp Access” Enable Management activated.
Manage Reports: This This permission will give access to reports within the Website App web app to view reports including;
Time Entry
Payroll
Supply requests / Location & Supplier
Checklist
Schedule Variances (If “Manage Scheduling” permission is given)
Inspections (If “Inspection Allowed” permission is given)
Manage Scheduling: This permission will allow reports. Please note some reports require an additional permission checked to be seen. For example to see inspection reports you need Inspection Allowed to be checked.
Manage Scheduling: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete schedules within the Website Appweb app.
Manage Locations with Swept+: This permission will allow the user to add and edit locations within Swept+. This permissions will also allow the user to assign all cleaners, supervisors, managers and clients to locations within Swept+.
Manage Supplies: This This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete supplies within the Website Appweb app. In order to view the “Supply requests” supply request reports, you must have “Manage Reports” Manage Reports activated.
Manage Cleaners: This This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete Cleaners within the Website Appcleaners within the web app. In Swept+ this permission allows the user to update and add cleaners within the mobile app. Users with Manage Cleaners can see all cleaners in the company. Users without Manage Cleaners only see the cleaners assigned to the same location(s) as them.
Manage Clients: This This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete Clients clients within the Website Appweb app. They will also be able to assign Clients clients to a location in the web app.
Manage Supervisors: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete supervisors within the web app. In Swept+ this permission allows the user to update and add supervisors within the mobile app. Users with Manage Supervisors can see all supervisors in the company. Users without Manage Supervisors only see the supervisors assigned to the same location(s) as them.
Inspection Allowed: On In the Website App web app they can create inspection plans so that Managers managers and /or Supervisors supervisors can complete inspections on the Mobile App mobile app for their approved locations. This will also give them access to inspections in the Swept+ mobile app.
Public Surveys Allowed: On In the Website App web app they are able to create and manage public surveys. Contact support@sweptworks.com to get a public survey number assigned to discuss public surveys if you do not see it in your account.
Enable Client Messaging: Within the Website and Mobile App web app and Swept+ mobile app they can send and receive messages from Clientsclients.
Supplies All Access: Within Within the Website and Mobile App web app and Swept+ mobile app they can complete supply requests for all locations, including locations they are not approved to. If they have access to Manage manage reports they can generate supply reports.
Enable Cleaner Timesheet: On the Mobile App In the Swept+ mobile app you will be able to view the timesheets for each Cleanercleaner.
Enable Supervisors: On In the Website App web app they are able to add and manage Supervisorssupervisors
If you need a Manager manager to become an Admin Manageradmin manager, a current Admin Manager admin manager will have to contact support@sweptworks.com and ask for the Manager manager to get the Admin admin access granted to their current Manager manager user type.
