Who Has Access to View Checklist Results?

Only managers and supervisors with access to the Swept Web App and Reports can view the checklists report.

When permissions are enabled or changed for a user, the user needs to log out and log back in to refresh their settings. This will update the information that displays on their dashboard.

Instructions

• Log in to the Swept Web App at https://app.sweptworks.com/.

• Click Reports in the left hand menu.

• Click on Checklist Results Report from the list of reports.

• Filter the results of the report by using the following options:

  • Search Field - Search the checklists by a keyword for the checklist name, location name or completed by name.

  • Date, Timeframe -

  • Locations, Completed By, % Done -

• Click Apply to apply the filters you’ve selected.

• The following information will appear for each checklist:

  • Checklist Name -

  • Location -

  • Date -

  • Completed By -

  • % Done -

  • Note Done -

• Click on a checklist result to view the checklist.
