Checklist Templates - Best Practices and Examples

Checklist templates make creating your location checklists quick and easy. Set-up templates for areas you commonly clean and then add them in one click to all your location checklists. Templates can have multiple areas to be cleaned, and each area can have multiple items within it. Adding, removing, and reordering areas and items is a breeze thanks to our new drag and drop interface.

Important Notes 

There are several ways you can choose to set up your templates. Here are some things to keep in mind when setting up your checklist templates:

• All areas and items in the template will be added to the checklist at once

• You can add multiple templates to the same checklist

• You can add previously created templates to a new template you are creating

• Editing a template will not change any checklists that use it.
