The Client section allows Admin Managers, Managers, and Supervisors to view the Clients list and details about each Client.
Managers and Supervisors are able to see clients in the mobile app.
Admin Managers, Managers and Supervisors do not need a specific permission enabled to view the list of clients, but the clients that appear in the list will depend on whether the Client is approved to the location(s) the Manager and Supervisor are approved to. In summary:
Admin Managers are able to see all Clients, including Clients that have not been assigned to a location.
Managers and Supervisors can see Clients that have been approved to the same location(s) as them.
To access the list of Clients, users will sign into the mobile app and click on the ‘More’ icon in the bottom toolbar. From there, users can access the list by clicking on the ‘Clients’ option from the menu.
Clicking on a Clients name from the list will display the follow information:
Client email (clicking this will bring user to their email with an email draft created to the Client).
Client phone number (clicking this will prompt a phone call from users device).
Clients list of locations they are approved to (clicking on the location name will bring the user to that locations information).
Client notes.
A button to navigate the user to the Client message thread.
