Keep clients up to date by communicating with them through the Swept Inbox. Send a message about any issues or changes that may have happened so everyone is on the same page.

Who can communicate using the client inbox? 

Clients, managers and supervisors are able to communicate using the client inbox in Swept+ as long as they are approved to the location. Cleaners cannot see client messages.

Managers and supervisors are also able to communicate using the client inbox from the web app as long as they have the proper permissions. The web app is available at app.sweptworks.com.

Where can I find the client inbox in Swept+?

You can view client messages by going to Inbox in the bottom navigation menu. Select Clients from the tabs on the Inbox page. From here you can select a client to begin messaging with the client and managers/supervisors approved to that location.

Once you’re in the client channel you would like to send a message you can do the following:

Translation

Translation within Swept+ is based on your device’s language. For example, if your device is set to use French you will see your messages in French and can communicate in French. Users who have their devices set to another language will see your message in their language.

If you would like to see the message in the original language it was sent in, click the translate symbol next to the message.

Why can’t I see clients?

You are only able to see clients who are approved to the same locations as you. The only exception is admin managers. To assign a client check out this article: How Do I Assign Clients to Their Location?
