The schedule by cleaner tab shows managers and supervisors each of their team members scheduled shifts so they can see where and when they are scheduled to work.

Who can see the schedule by cleaner?

All supervisors and managers are able to see the schedule by cleaner tab in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.

Where can I find the schedule by cleaner?

The schedule by cleaner tab can also be accessed using the Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Cleaners tab.

Schedule by cleaner (cleaner list)

Details

The schedule by cleaner tab shows the user a list of cleaners and supervisors that have or had scheduled shifts and are approved to the locations they manage. Cleaners and supervisors are shown in alphabetical order with their avatar and a logged-in status. The list is searchable using the search bar at the top of the page. As characters are typed into the search box, the list will automatically filter to cleaners that match the search. You can clear the search filter by simply removing your search criteria and the full list of cleaners will be displayed.
