Completing a Shift in Swept+
Logging into a location
When you arrive at a location you are able to log in to your shift two ways:
Schedule - Today
When you first sign in to the Swept+ app you will see your schedule for today. Here you can log in to any shift on the current date. If you are not on this tab you can go here by clicking Schedule in the bottom navigation menu then select the Today tab under the Schedule title.
Click on the door icon to log in to your shift.
Locations
You are also able to log in from your location's page.
Select Locations in the bottom navigation menu.
Select the location you would like to log in to.
At the top of the screen click the green circle with a triangle in it to log in.
Select the shift you would like to log in to. The shift closest to the current date/time will be highlighted by default.
If you do not have a shift scheduled select Unplanned shift.
Click Log In to sign in. If you do not want to proceed click Cancel.

Completing a checklist
If your company has set up checklists for your shift you are able to complete this through Swept+.
After you log in to your shift select Locations in the bottom navigation menu.
Select the location you are logged in at and would like to complete a checklist for.
Scroll down to Checklists and click View all.
You will see a list of checklists for the location. Click Start to begin your checklist.
If you only see the View option you need to log in to your shift.
Click the circle by each checklist item you have completed to check the items you are completing.
At the bottom of your checklist you can add a note under the Notes section by clicking in the text box and typing your note.
Once your checklist is complete click Complete Checklist.
You will be asked to confirm you would like to complete the checklist. Click Yes to finalize the checklist or Cancel if you have not completed your checklist. Once a checklist is completed you cannot update it.

Logging out of a location
Once your shift is complete you can log out of your location and proceed to your next shift.
To log out of your shift you can log out in two ways
At the bottom of the Schedule, Locations and Me tabs there is a shift widget. Click the red circle with a square in the middle to start the log out process.
Go to Locations and select a location. At the top of the location page click the red circle with a square in the middle to start the log out process.
On the log out modal you need to report how you feel about the cleaning and leave a problem report. These can be done when you sign out or you can save information as you are completing your shift. The information will not send until you log out of your shift.
How are you feeling about cleaning? - Select how you are feeling by clicking on the sad face, neutral face or happy face. Your selection will show as blue. Your manager will be able to review these to see how you are feeling about cleaning during each shift.
Report a problem - If you had any issues during your shift you are able to report a problem that will alert your manager to the issue. Click on the grey toggle to the right of Report a problem then click in the text box to add your note.
If you would like to save your changes click Save at the bottom of the screen.
If you would like to log out of your shift, click Log out.

When you login/out of a shift the app will attempt to collect your GPS. If you have not enabled location services and there is no geofence set up it will allow you to proceed. If there is a geofence set up by your company you may not be able to proceed without setting up your location services.
