Desktop - Time Entry Summary by Cleaner Report

Keep track of how much time your cleaners are logging. The Time Entry Summary by Cleaner Report totals the hours each cleaner has worked. The configurable timeframe filter allows managers to keep track of how much time each of their cleaners is logging.

Who Has Access to This Report?

Only managers and supervisors with access to the Swept Web App and Reports can view the Time Entry Summary by Cleaner Report.

When permissions are enabled or changed for a user, the user needs to log out and log back in to refresh their settings. This will update the information that displays on their dashboard.

Instructions

• Log in to the Swept Web App at https://app.sweptworks.com/.

• Once you log in you will land on the Dashboard page. In the left-hand menu, select Dashboard if you are on another Swept page. 

• Click View All under Reports.

• Select Time Entry Summary by Cleaner to view the report.

• Your report will show like below:

1. Click on Related Reports to go to the Time Entry Report.

2. In the All Cleaners search field type in a name of a specific cleaner whose hours you would like to see.

3. Choose to view the hours of your cleaners in a specific timeframe by clicking the calendar icon.

Below the filters will see the Cleaner Name and Hours Logged.

Click on a line of a specific Cleaner to be taken to the time entry report that is filtered by their name so you can view an extended view of their hours.
