The supplies by location page is part of Swept’s supply request workflow and can be found in the Swept+ mobile app. The supplies by location page allows users to view and complete supply requests as they deliver the supplies to each location

Who can see supplies by location?

The supplies by location section of the Swept+ mobile app appears only to managers and supervisors.

Where can I find supplies by location?

The supplies by location page is found within the supplies section of the Swept+ mobile app. To access the supplies by location page click on More on the navigation bar and select Supplies.

When should I use supplies by location?

Managers and supervisors should use supplies by location to view how many of each supply has been requested for each location they manage. This page should also be used when dropping off the supplies to complete the supply requests allowing the cleaners to request that supply again.

When you are viewing the supplies by location tab you will see a list of locations that you are approved to that have open supply requests. The blue bubble beside each location name indicates the number of different types of supplies that have been requested. If you have a large number of locations with open supply requests the search bar can be used to quickly find a particular location.

If no locations are shown in the list none of the locations you are approved to have open supply requests.

To see further details on the supplies requested for a particular location select it from the list. This will open the supply request by location modal. This modal shows the types of supplies requested for this location, the amount requested for each type, and the date they were requested.

The modal can be closed by selecting the Close button in the upper left-hand or the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen. Choosing either of these buttons will not complete your supply requests.

Completing supply requests

Completing supply requests should be done once the supply has been delivered to the location. Once a supply request has been completed it will no longer show in the supplies section of the Swept+ app and will be available for cleaners and supervisors to request again when they run out.

To complete supply requests simply select the supplies you would like to complete by selecting the checkbox beside their name. Then press the “Complete” button at the bottom of the modal. The supply will be removed from the list and you will be shown a banner indicating the supply has been restocked. If you’re done completing supply requests at this location close the modal using either the “Close” or “Cancel” button. The supplies by location tab will then be updated with your changes.

HINT - You can save time by completing all the supplies at a location at once. Do this by checking the select all box to select all the supply requests and then hit the “Complete” button.
