Swept+ Cleaner Notifications

Schedule Notifications

Cleaners will receive a notification when a shift is created, updated or deleted. They are able to see these schedule notifications in Swept+.

  • To see these notifications sign in to Swept+.

  • Click on Notifications in the navigation menu at the bottom of the app.

  • If Notifications has a red dot this means there are unread notifications. There are three ways to mark a notification as unread:

    • Individual - To mark an individual notification as read swipe on the notification to the left and click Read.

    • Individual - Click on the notification to read the details of the notification.

    • All - To mark all notifications as read click on the blue eye above the notifications. An option will appear to Mark All as Read.

  • The bell in the top right shows how many notifications are unread. If you have 99+ this means you have over 99 notifications unread.

Push Notifications

If you are signed in to the app and have notifications active for Swept+ you will receive a push notification to your phone for the following:

  • Schedule additions, updates or deletions - These notifications also appear in the Notifications section of Swept+.

  • Late alerts - You will receive a late alert if you are more than 10 minutes late for a shift. When you click on this notification it will take you to the Today tab within the Schedule section.

  • New messages - These messages also appear in the Inbox section of Swept+. If you have muted a channel you will not receive a push notification for that channel.

Supervisors have both Cleaning and Management notifications. They will see two tabs when they go to Notifications in Swept+.
