Summary

One of the many informative widgets on the location details page, the team members widget shows users who else is assigned to work at each location and even lets them know if another user is on-site.

Who can see the team members widget?

The team members widget appears for managers, supervisors, and cleaners.

Where can I find the team members widget?

The team members widget is found on the location details page. The locations details page can be accessed by selecting Locations from the navigation bar and selecting a particular location. You will need to scroll down to see the team members widget.

When should I use the team members widget?

Users should use the team members widget when they want to see the team they will be working with at a location. They can check the widget at the beginning of a shift to see who else is on-site.

Team Members Widget Details

When you are looking at the details of a location you will see the team members widget. The widget will show the avatars of each of the users that have been assigned to the location. Users that are currently on-site will be shown with a green dot on their avatar.

The team members assigned to each location will be shown in alphabetical order. If there are a lot of team members assigned to a location, additional avatars can be seen by scrolling the avatar list horizontally.
