When adding Managers and Supervisors you can choose the permissions you are providing them. For information on how to add Managers & Supervisors please see the “How to Manage Managers” or the “Supervisors” article. Below is a list of permissions and its descriptions.
Enable Management: This permission alone will give the user access to the web app. They can add locations in the web app but cannot assign cleaners, supervisors or clients to them. Please note to add locations in Swept+ Manage Locations with Swept+ must be checked and this permission does give them access in Swept+ to assign cleaners, supervisors and clients. The permissions indented under this permission can only be used with Enable Management activated.
Manage Reports: This permission will give access to reports within the web app to view reports. Please note some reports require an additional permission checked to be seen. For example to see inspection reports you need Inspection Allowed to be checked.
Manage Scheduling: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete schedules within the web app.
Manage Locations with Swept+: This permission will allow the user to add and edit locations within Swept+. This permissions will also allow the user to assign all cleaners, supervisors, managers and clients to locations within Swept+.
Manage Supplies: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete supplies within the web app. In order to view the supply request reports, you must have Manage Reports activated.
Manage Cleaners: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete cleaners within the web app.
Manage Clients: This permission will allow the user to update, add, view and delete clients within the web app. They will also be able to assign clients to a location in the web app.
Inspection Allowed: In the web app they can create inspection plans so that managers and supervisors can complete inspections on the mobile app for their approved locations. This will also give them access to inspections in the Swept+ mobile app.
Public Surveys Allowed: In the web app they are able to create and manage public surveys. Contact support@sweptworks.com to discuss public surveys if you do not see it in your account.
Enable Client Messaging: Within the web app and Swept+ mobile app they can send and receive messages from clients.
Supplies All Access: Within the web app and Swept+ mobile app they can complete supply requests for all locations, including locations they are not approved to. If they have access to manage reports they can generate supply reports.
Enable Cleaner Timesheet: In the Swept+ mobile app you will be able to view the timesheets for each cleaner.
Enable Supervisors: In the web app they are able to add and manage supervisors
If you need a manager to become an admin manager, a current admin manager will have to contact support@sweptworks.com and ask for the manager to get the admin access granted to their current manager user.
Here are what an admin manager can do versus a manager:
Create checklist templates (All managers can create checklists)
Add new managers
Change system settings. For example time zone, country, support numbers and support emails.
An admin manager will receive client messages even if the client is not assigned to a location.
