Getting started with…
Swept’s Customizable Checklists

Keeping track of important tasks at locations has never been easier. With Swept you can let your cleaners know what needs to be done as part of each shift and find out what did and more importantly did not get done immediately, making sure you know what is going on in the field.

We have put together a lot of helpful documentation to get you started with Checklists. To see all the documentation highlighted below please visit our support center at http://support.sweptworks.com/ and selecting Checklists.

The location checklists feature is simple and easy to use, just complete the following steps to get started:

  1. Setup templates
Templates are key to setting up your checklists for the first time. Putting a little effort into properly setting up your templates will save you time when creating each of your location checklists.

For help getting started with checklist templates, make sure to check out our support center documentation:

  1. Checklist Templates Best Practices & Examples

  2. Create Checklist Templates

2. Create location checklists
Once your templates are set-up you can now go to each location and create one or more checklists.

3. Train cleaners
Once you have your checklists all setup you need to let your cleaners know how to complete them. We have put together a Cleaner Training document available in our support center to help you train your cleaners, feel free to send this out to your team to get them up to speed with checklists.

4. View results
The checklists your cleaners complete are connected to their time entries making it easy to see what was done as you review the time your team is logging. For an overview of all checklists completed, you can also view the Checklist Results Report.
