Swept+ Clients
The Clients section of Swept+ allows users to view information and details about each client.

Who can see Clients?
All managers and supervisors are able to see the client list in the mobile app. Admin managers, managers and supervisors do not need a specific permission enabled to view the list of clients, but the clients that appear in the list will depend on whether the client is approved to the location(s) the manager and supervisor are approved to.
In summary:
Admin managers are able to see clients approved to locations they are assigned to as well as clients that have not been assigned to a location.
Managers and supervisors can see clients that have been approved to the same location(s) as them.
Where can I find the clients section?
Once signed into the mobile app users can access the clients' section by selecting the More icon in the bottom navigation bar and then selecting Clients from the list.

Details
The client's section shows a list of clients that are assigned to the locations that you manage. The list can be filtered using the search bar at the top of the page making it easy to find the user you’re looking for. Each clients' full name is shown along with their avatar.
Client list
Selecting a client from the list will open their profile page. The profile page contains the following information about the client:
Name
Company name
Phone number - Selecting the phone number will open the phone app on your device allowing you to make a call to the client.
Email address - Selecting the email address will open the email client on your device allowing an email to be sent to the client.
Notes
Approved locations - If you are also approved to the locations listed, selecting them will bring you to the location page. If the location appears greyed out this means you do not have access to the location.
If you have the client messaging permission you will also see a shortcut to the client messaging thread in the upper right-hand corner. If this icon does not appear, please reach out to your Swept administrator to enable the permission.
All of the above information can be added to the client profile and edited within the Swept web app. If the fields do not appear this means that there is no information in them.
