Within Swept+ you can stay up to date with the various notifications Swept+ has set up. Users will receive notifications for the following:
Late Notifications - Cleaners, supervisors and managers will receive late notifications when a user is late for a shift.
Problem Notifications - Supervisors and managers will receive a problem notifications notification when a user submits a problem report at the end of their shift.
Schedule Notifications - Cleaners and supervisors will receive schedule notifications when a user’s schedule has been updated.

You have the proper user settings set up through the web app:
Are you approved to the proper locations?
