Within Swept+ you can stay up to date with the various notifications Swept+ has set up. Users will receive notifications for the following:
Late Notifications - Cleaners, supervisors and managers will receive late notifications when a user is late for a shift.
Problem Notifications - Supervisors and managers will receive a problem notifications when a user submits a problem report at the end of their shift.
Schedule Notifications - Cleaners and supervisors will receive schedule notifications when a user’s schedule has been updated.
Click on the links above for further information on each notification. Notifications will appear within the Notifications section of Swept+ by selecting the feature from the bottom navigation menu. If the user is signed in to Swept+ they will also receive a push notification to their phone.
To ensure you receive notifications and push notifications to your phone you will want to check the following:
Your phone has given Swept+ permission to receive notifications.
You are signed in to Swept+
You have the proper user settings set up through the web app:
Are you approved to the proper locations?
