Details

At a quick glance, you can view your current pay period and how many days are left in the current pay period. An administrator will see a Configure button that they can click on to configure the company's pay period settings.

Where is this card found?

This card is found on the Time Tracking Dashboard in the Swept Web App. To view this card log in to the Swept Web App. Select Time Tracking from the left hand menu.

How can I configure the company’s pay period?

  • You can configure your company’s pay period if you are an Administrator on the account by clicking the Configure button and entering the pay period details.

  • Under Pay Period Frequency choose the frequency of your payroll from these options:

    • Weekly

      • Select the last day of the previous pay period to set this up under the dropdown Last Day of Previous Pay Period.

    • Bi-Weekly

      • Select the last day of the previous pay period to set this up under the dropdown Last Day of Previous Pay Period.

    • Monthly

      • Select the last day of the previous pay period to set this up under the dropdown Last Day of Previous Pay Period.

    • Semi-Monthly

      • Select the days of the month that are the end of your two pay periods under the End of First Period and End of Second Period dropdowns.

  • In the bottom box, confirm your next period by clicking the blue Save button that’s in the top right corner of the page.
