The new Time Tracking Dashboard allows managers and admin managers to view and manage employee and company time entry records and get quick insights including how many days are left in the current pay period, how many hours and time entries have been completed. View variances in hours recorded between different time frames. In addition, you can access time tracking reports quickly under the reports section.

Who Has Access to This Dashboard?

Admin managers, managers and supervisors with access to the Swept Web App can view the time tracking dashboard. Admin managers are able to configure the dashboard by updating the metric cards or hiding the metric cards. User permissions determine what a user can view on the dashboard. View more information on manager permissions here: What Are the Different Manager Permissions?

When user permissions are updated, the user must log out and log in to refresh their view. This will enable a new view to be displayed on their dashboard.

Viewing The Time Tracking Dashboard

Log in to the Swept Web App at https://app.sweptworks.com/.

Select Time Tracking in the left hand menu.

 

  1. Current Pay Period - View the current pay period at a glance and how many days remaining in the pay period.

  2. Reports - In this list you are able to view the Swept Time Tracking Reports. These reports include:

    1. Cleanings Report

    2. Offsite Sign-In/Sign-Out Report

    3. Payroll Report
