Stay up to date on when a shift has not been started by using Swept+'s late notifications. Cleaners, supervisors and managers will receive a late notification when they are late for a shift so every one is up to date on when cleanings are begun.

Who can see late notifications?

Cleaners, supervisors and managers receive late notifications. Cleaners and Supervisors will receive a late alert push notification if they are signed in to Swept+ 10 minutes after their shift’s start time. They are then able to update their team on their status by communicating with their team or logging in to their shift.

Managers and supervisors will receive a late alert push notification when someone has not begun their shift but they can update this amount of time in the Swept web app. For more information on updating this time check out our article here: Late Alerts When a manager/supervisor clicks on the late alert they will be taken to a details page with additional information. Managers/supervisors are able to view these notifications in the notifications section of Swept+/

Where can I find late notifications?

Cleaner late notifications are the push notification they receive while using Swept+. This push notification will redirect them to their schedule that will show they are late.
