Swept+ Upcoming Schedule

The upcoming schedule page shows cleaners and supervisors their scheduled shifts for each day in the future. The shifts can be filtered by date making it easy to see when the user is scheduled to work.

Who can see the upcoming schedule?

All supervisors and cleaners are able to see the upcoming schedule in Swept+ if their company has access to the scheduling feature.

Where can I find the upcoming schedule?

The upcoming schedule can be accessed using the Schedule icon in the navigation bar and selecting the Upcoming tab.

Details

The upcoming schedule shows the user the shifts they are scheduled to work on the current calendar day. Each day will show a title with the date. If you click on a shift you will be taken to the location page of the location in that shift. In the top right corner you can click on the three line triangle icon to filter your upcoming schedule to a specific date.

Once you click on the three line triangle icon you will see a calendar appear. Click on a day and select Refine to see your shifts on that day.

After reviewing your shifts for the date you selected in your filter you can click Clear Filter to go back to the upcoming schedule with additional dates.
