The more section in Swept+ allows managers and supervisors to view their profile and view additional information not available in the main sections available in the navigation bar.
The more section contains access to the following pages, for more information on each check out the support articles for each page.
For supervisors, the more section also provides the same information available in the Swept+ Me for Cleaners section.

Who can see the More section?
Managers and supervisors can view the more section.
All user types have access to the Me/More sections of Swept+ but the information displayed is different depending on if you are a manager, supervisor, cleaner, or client. For more information on the me/more section for other user types please see the below pages:
Where can I find the More section?
Once signed into Swept+ managers and supervisors can access the more section by selecting the “More” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

The more section shows the user's name and avatar as well as the version number of the application.

Cleaners
The cleaners page shows a list of cleaners and supervisors that are assigned to locations that you manage. The list can be filtered using the search bar at the top of the page making it easy to find the user you’re looking for. Each user's full name is shown along with their avatar, indicating whether they are a cleaner or a supervisor.

Once you select a cleaner from the list you can view their profile. For more information on the cleaner profile section please see Swept+ Cleaners.
Clients
The client's page shows a list of clients that are assigned to the locations that you manage. The list can be filtered using the search bar at the top of the page making it easy to find the user you’re looking for. Each user's full name is shown along with their avatar.
Once you select a client from the list you can view their profile. For more information on the client profile section please see Swept+ Clients.

Cleaning hours
This option is only visible to supervisors. Managers will not see the Cleaning hours option
The cleaning hours page shows the total number of recorded and approved hours the cleaner has worked for each pay period. A breakdown of each time entry is shown below the totals. Cleaners can page through pay periods by using the arrows next to the date. Only the current and previously completed pay periods can be viewed.
Cleaning Hours
Cleaning hours is an optional feature and may not be turned on in your company. If you do not have access to cleaning hours in Swept+ please reach out to your Swept Administrator to request access.
Support
This option is only visible to supervisors. Managers will not see the support option
The support page allows cleaners to reach out to their manager either by email or phone. Making it easy for them to get immediate assistance.
Selecting Call Phone Support will open the phone app on your device, automatically entering the support phone number.
Selecting Contact Email Support will automatically open the email app on your device entering the support email.
If selecting either of these options doesn’t open the email or phone app on your device, it means that the company has not entered a support email or phone number. This can be done by the companies admin manager in the Swept web application.

Supplies
The Supplies section of the Swept+ application shows managers and supervisors supplies that have been requested allowing them to purchase and deliver supply requests while in the field.

Sign-out
Selecting the sign-out button will sign the user out of Swept+ and return them to the sign-in screen. When a user is signed out of the app they will no longer receive push notifications.
