Details

Within some of the Swept reports and features, you will see filters at the top of the page to help you find the information you need. One of these new filters is Timeframes. This can be used to search different ranges of time including this week, month, quarter and year.

Where do they appear?

This information appears in the following features:

• Problems Report

• Schedule Variance

• Scheduling

• Desktop - Time Entry Reportarchived

What Each Time Frame Searches

This Week

• The date range is the current week from Sunday to Saturday. Within reports, it will show information from Sunday until the current day.

This Pay Period

• This date range is the current pay period as determined by your pay period details set up by your administrator. Learn more here on Desktop - Configuring Your Pay Periodarchived.

This Month

• The date range is the current month.  Within reports, it will show information from the 1st until the current day.

This Quarter 

• The date range will show the current quarter. The end dates of the quarters are Mar 31st, Jun 30th, Sep 30th, and Dec 31st. Within reports, it will show information from the start of the quarter until the current day.

This Year

• The date range will start Jan 1st and ends Dec 31st of the current year. Within reports, it will show information from Jan 1st until the current day.

Next 24 hours

• The date range will start now and go 24 hours.

Next 7 days

• The date range will start now and end in 7 days.

Next 30 days

• The date range will start now and end in 30 days.

Next 60 days

• The date range will start now and end in 60 days.

Next 90 days

• The date range will start now and end in 90 days.

Last 24 hours

• The date range will start now and show the previous 24 hours.

Last 7 days

• The date range will start now and show the previous 7 days.

Last Pay Period

• This date range is the previous pay period as determined by your pay period details set up by your administrator. Learn more here on Desktop - Configuring Your Pay Periodarchived.

Last 30 days

• The date range will start now and show the previous 30 days.

Last 60 days

• The date range will start now and show the previous 60 days.

Last 90 days

• The date range will start now and show the previous 90 days.
