More then ever, Swept+ is here to help manage your team, with features to make it easy to give you a remote 360 view of what if happening at your locations, in real time. In this article we will go over the features you will used daily to ensure your team is running smoothly. Features like Notifications, status updates, and log in badges, all help to keep you connected to your team.
Instructions
We will walk through the features of the Mobile app that will keep you tapped into what it happening with your team, locations, and clients.
Schedule
The Schedule is the main page when you log into the app. From this page you get a snapshot of what is happening across the board. You are able to choose between Location, or Cleaners under the schedule heading.
Location: will list, today, and this weeks scheduled cleans, you will view the location, address, and the time of the shift. Also we have Icons that show you in realtime, who is signed in, who is late, no shows, and the name of the cleaners assigned, or the amount of cleaners assigned to the site.

Cleaners:
In cleaners you will be able to search for a team member by name. We have made it easy to identify between supervisors and cleaners. Supervisors are Blue, and Cleaners are Green. By the team members name you will see if they are logged into a location and where.
Notifications
You will know you have a new notification when the Red dot appears next to the bell Icon. When you open your Notifications you will notice, a bell and badge count Icon in the top right. This will tell you the amount of unread notification you have, from 1-99+. Open your message to mark it as read, or swipe to the left, to mark it as read or archive the notification. You are able mark all as read, by selecting the eye icon, and the filter makes it easy to find your notifications again, even the ones your have archived.

Late cleaner updates
Problem Reports
Late updates, will inform you of when a cleaner is late, and the amount of time the cleaner is late for their shift. In the notification your are able to navigate to the cleaners information, or the location information.
Problem reports, will inform you when a problem has been reported. You will be able to see the Location, what the problem was, the cleaner who documented the problem, also brake down of shift. When the cleaner signed in and out, and total time on-site.
