Desktop - Swept Reports

Who Can View Reports?

Only Managers and Supervisors with access to the Swept Web App and Reports can view any of these reports.

When permissions are changed for a user, they will be updated when the user logs out and log back in. At this time, the updated information will display on their dashboard.

Where Is This Accessed?

The Swept Web App. This is available at https://app.sweptworks.com/.

Instructions

  • Log in to the Swept Web App and go to Dashboard in the left-hand menu.

  • Within the dashboard view, you will see a few reports.

  • If you do not see the report you would like access to then click View More.

  • You can also access the full reports list by going to Reports in the left hand menu.

Report Details

  1. Checklist Results Report - See the checklists that have been completed by cleaners and supervisors in your company in the checklist results report.

  2. Cleaners On Site Report- View what Cleaners are currently signed in to a shift with this report. View more here: Cleaners On Site Report.

  3. Historical Shift Report - If a user has logged in to a shift or the shift has past the end time then the shift can no longer be edited through the schedule list as an upcoming shift. The shift becomes a historical shift that can be updated through the Historical Shift Report.

  4. Historical Supply Requests - View any completed supply requests through this report. If you'd like more information about our supplies request feature and this report check out our article: Swept Supplies

  5. Inspection Report - Swept's inspection feature allows you to evaluate how well your locations are being cleaned so you can get ahead of any issues. We have a video available on this feature and the inspection report available here: Using Swept for Inspections

  6. Last Inspection Summary by Location Report - Within this report you are able to view how well your company is doing with inspecting your locations regularly by viewing each location’s last inspection date and their status of Healthy, Warning or At-Risk. The status is set within your location metrics so each location can have different standards of how many days should be between inspections.   7. Mood Report - Most Cleaners work remotely from their employer and sometimes it is hard to gauge how they're feeling. Each week Swept asks how the Cleaner is doing with a rating of unhappy, neutral and happy. Knowing how your employees are feeling allows Managers to identify and resolve issues with cleaners, helping with employee turnover.   8. Offsite Sign-In/Sign-Out Report - If you are concerned with sign-in/out times and locations you can set up a geo-fence with Swept and view any off site sign-in/outs through the Offsite Sign-In/Sign-Out Report.   9. Payroll Report - Download and view the hours your team has worked for payroll with our payroll report! You can download the information into a .csv or pdf format. The .csv format opens in spreadsheet programs like Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers. Learn how to run a payroll report here: How Do I Pull a Payroll Report?

  10. Problems Report - View all problems reported within Swept through this report. View the Problems Report article for more information

  11. Schedule Variance Report - Use the schedule variance report to keep track of how much time was scheduled to clean a location versus how long it took to clean a location. Check out our article on this report here: Schedule Variance Report

  12. Schedule Variance Summary by Location - Quickly view the health of a location within this report. Check out more here: Desktop - Schedule Variance Summary By Location Reportarchived .

  13. Supply Requests by Location - Once you have purchased supplies use our supply requests by location report to drop off the supplies at each location. This report will show what supply requests are at each location while the requests are in progress.

  14. Supply Requests by Supplier - Use the Supply Requests by Supplier report as your shopping list when picking up supplies.  This report will show what supply requests are at each location while the requests are in progress.

  15. Time Entry Report - View and manage cleanings within this report. You are able to add cleanings, start a cleaning, end a cleaning, edit a cleaning that is in-progress or completed and mark a cleaning as invalid. Learn more here: Desktop - Time Entry Reportarchived

  16. Time Entry Summary by Cleaner Report - Keep track of how much time your cleaners are logging. The Time Entry Summary by Cleaner Report totals the hours each cleaner has worked.
